As the primary academic institution involved with relevant medical technologies, Tufts School of Medicine is the lead collaborator with Breegi Scientific, Inc. on in vitro and in vivo testing of our NICU technology. The Center for Vascular, Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine at Tufts Medical Center, and New Born and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Floating Hospital, they provide cutting edge technologies. Tufts researchers involved with these programs have worked on hundreds of complicated cases. The Surgical Research Laboratories (SRL) at Tufts Medical Center aids industry partners by supporting in-vivo feasibility studies for medical devices and providing physician and technical expertise.

Dr. Hamer is a Professor of Global Health and Medicine at the Boston University School of Public Health and School of Medicine. Vast experience in neonatal and child survival, healthcare in low resource settings, such in Zambia, Uganda.

Dr. Lunze is a Professor in the Department of Public Health, Boston University. He is an expert in maternal and child health, and in post-conflict health systems reconstruction.
